Start of A New Life

while i was working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and i still am, i knew that people in the new age are getting lesser of what we call exercise and more of what we call new age exercise which is what i call Technology Entertainment. I feel sorry for those poor bastard who makes excuse for themselve saying that its utterly out of thier schedule to workout or exercise, what you may not see or feel now is not what you will feel tomorrow. its just my advice for a better future.  never compromise your health you only got one chance !
