sorry guys its been 9 days and i have not updated my blog,
all i ever done now is getting ready for my race in thailand (province of kanchanaburi) hope i come back in one piece. hope my BIKE comes back in one piece… i am training hard for it.. should be going out in a while for my daily run and bike and HIKE ! i will update you all with pictures of the race and my TEAM 976, oh let me do a introduction of my team
