True to Focus
i was reading this on the website and i find it so true, its about a ice speed skater who hold true to his words on trianing !

While speed skating’s a sport that’s won and lost by hundredths of a second, Cheek doesn’t worry about his finishing time. As with any task he undertakes, he keeps his focus on his final goal."
"You have to be passionate about the sport. You have to love it," he said. "Otherwise it’s not worth doing it. No one speed skates for the money. And no one does it because they want to get famous. It’s much more important to enjoy something and be excellent at it because you want to see how far you can go with it, or see how you can excel.
i find these teaching very true, you have to love the sport to do it, if not, you will be only be doing what you THINK is cool, dont let that happen, think what you truly want, this actually does not applies to sports only, in real life also, FOCUS and STAY TRUE to yourself !
