Port Dickson Triathlon

alright, i’ve done myself a favour, i have signed up for my triathlon race at port diskson this coming 22nd July and that makes me free to run the Bandar Diraja 10k Run in KLang the next day, looking forward to both event !

 

this is going to be the first sprint i am doing, cause i have really never trained for my swimming and i dont have confidence to do the olympic distance, no doubt its only 1500m swim, 40k bike and 10k run, i know thats going to be fun but without training it would be a waste of time, as i have felt that in my last PJ Half marathon, its really dragging and demoralizing as you feel alot of people pass you by when you know you are able to run faster.

 

well i can’t wait to be training that is if the weather would turn to be better, anyway did you guys know about this record album called HED KANDI, wow i was skeptical about listening to their album, well they are like the likes of Slinky, Ministry of Sound, Gatecrasher, but their music are more Lo-Fi and its instantly made me a fan, the have albums like Beach House, acid lounge, KANDI served chilled etc..etc.. oh at the moment i am listening to Stereo Sushi by HED KANDI, cant stop moving to the groove. here is a bout about HED KANDI
