resuming my life

sigh, its been a bad day from Sunday, i still feel like Shit after knowing that i didnt train, (Sigh you guys must be thinking oh no here he goes again WHINING about his not training for his Malakoff) ahah .. well sorry la.. i know i could have gotten top 20 again.  haha OK OK ! sorry ..
 
at the moment, i am waiting to resubmit one more Assignment before i graduate from University and get my PHREAKING B.A in Arts in Mass Communication, and waiting for that assignment to arrive from Australia is like killing me, its taking a whole damm blardy week, as i cant wait to get my hands on it and finish it.
 
the looking for a job phase is OVER, OVER I TELL YOU, i dont want to look for a job no more, as what sandip said, how is your job HAUNTING going? haha.. yes .. he is right.. its HAUNTING ME ALRIGHT.. and i dont care.. i DONT WANT TO WORK.. and i am NOT GOING TO WORK.. whats my plan you ask ? be a full time blogger and get lots of sponsorship, how am i going to do that you ask? well i am going to be a apprentice of Kenny Sia, XiaoXiao, colinandkeroh aka fag & Gay boy, since i am recovering from a hamstring strained from the previous race, i might as well i sit down staring at my PC and blog all day long
 
DAMM, the leg feels like its coming off, ARGH !! ppl think i am born a limp, oh not that part ok.. that part still works great if you know what i mean ! that part is rock solid ok (ahem ahem..take not single girls) the LEG is limping, and people think that i am crippled, ahah .. so i have to put on a show and hold my leg as i am in pain if not ppl think i am limping and crippled.
 
ok back to bike section, Jesus Cham aka Lawrence already bought a element road bike, he already tested out his clipless paddles and its great, he is moving faster cause of his ZIPP 404, oops.. sorry i am in dreamland that is my dream rims, he is moving faster cause of new motivation, i think he might be faster than me, he COULD be joining DESARU with me this September, who knows if he wants to be ready by that time, cause training is hard, YES TRAINING ! ARGH !! BETTER NOT MENTION THAT AGAIN, yesterday after the race i went out straight away riding my bike again, and today i am going out again, i hate the feeling .. i want to lose myself and not remind myself of what happend last Sunday
 
Tomorrow is my Magazine Photoshoot and Interview, its this Travel and Adventure MAg featuring me as a NOMAD wandering the planet for all sorts of adventure, Her world would feature me this October, once its out i would let you guys know.. anyway .. sorry i didnt update no pictures just yet, i think i would well .. maybe later tonight, check in again for those pictures.

13 days Unfold

Hey you all, well i guess i lost alot of readers since i left this space empty for 13 days, well anyway i need not update you with the boring stuff of my life in Singapo and Bangkok of the past Week, i only update you with what i did last Weekend and this Weekend ok, i think it might be interesting. .
 
 
 Last Saturday was Port Dickson Triathlon, i met Kimberly Yap at last, or was it Kimbeley? well yet to ask her that, she is quite a celeb and after only getting to see her pics in friendster, in real life she is kinda cute, well let me explain who is Kim to you guys, she is the one and only Msia Triathlete that is worthy of being big in the scene, but i am hearing rumours that she is getting sick once in a while. hhmm this is bad.. but anyway i always will support ya, after the PD Tri the next day i went and joined the 10k Bandar Diraja Run, that was totally fun lots of gruesom hills in klang and alot of runners also, hehe .. very competitive, dont think i want to bore you with that run details,
 
this Weekend, did nothing but Malakoff in Putrajaya, i am TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED with myself as i did not train for this event thinking i am some superman, so only trainig i did was on my bike, sigh .. BIG BIG MISTAKE, from top 20 placing which i always get.. this time in Putrajaya, ITS WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY off.. i feel ashamed of myself, but this will only teach me a lesson, train hard for what you earn, as dont sit and wait for what you want.
 
i am now hamstring torn, strain, injured whatever you call it, both leg KAPUT, KAPOW, KAPING i feel disgraced with myself of this position, knowing i could be in the top placings again, well i wont go slugging about this any longer.. i will train and be stronger for powerman and also Desaru Triathlon also the perhentian challenge. ARGH !! I FEEL LIKE A WUSS for not training..  well at least i still get to see Kim again today at Malakoff, haha , i dont think she knows me, she must know me for the guy that startled her in PD TRI .. ahah or something like that, ok ANGIE i am not GAY OK ! when you wanna run ANGIE, i wanna start my running again .. no more playing a fool.. msg msg msg me ok .. tell D to come along also .. bring your laling to come run with us. signing out injured and sleepy.. hope to update you tomorrow about my photoshoot for adventure Mag. take care and god bless

Updates of the century

well, ok here are some updates for you guys, i am still in Singapore and after coming back from Bangkok. went there to search for some stuff, will update you guys when i am back at home, will be in Singapore till this Thursday, so dont have my stuff in this PC, i will be busy because this month is my Race month, PD TRI, Klang Run and Malakoff Duathlon. didnt even train for all those, i am wondering how the hell will i finish it, i am thinking i am going to drown in all these event.. sigh .. tomorrow starting my swim. i hope .. well i am just got to let this blog hang in the middle of no where at the moment. update you guys when i am back on the 20th. muacks to you all !
