Everything has gone up, the sand, cement, bricks, glass, etc..etc.. everything, even the teh tarik that we going to buy for the workers has gone up, everything is about money and the stock market is plunging like a waterfall flowing with gravity, Why does money always get stuck when you need it most, talkng about going down, looks like banks around the world is also coming down hard. At the most current moment the United State has spend almost $905Billion on saving their economy. From Freddie Mac to FAnnie May, Bear Sterns, and now the most recent Lehman Bros with the history of over 158 years in the industry just bent backwards in a day.  Now Morgan Stanley is up for sale, guess who is buying it over, Singapore, I wonder if really this is a good idea, anyway who cares about the bank now, its all about economy only, dont worry to much our thousands or millions wont even crack a dent on the walls of Lehman or Morgan which deals in the assets of BILLIONS ! so why worry take like easy and plan for the current future which is going to be hard and cold coming, make sure you have enough liquidity to burn when the times are cold ! i hope you get what I mean.

ok anyway .. this is just a msg to say I am still orait at the current situation I am looking at, barely floating in the water as going deeper in debts of money ! haha .. hope it will be over soon, So stay tuned to the renovation works of my new accuired house
