Get Energized, Take5

Its a common thing where people down energy drinks to get that extra lift, for me I have tried countless from Monster, Rockstar, Wired, Tilt and the infamous Redbull, I have even tried funkier one’s in Japan , really not sure what I drank but it sure tasted funny,  usually all the servings of this energy drinks are in 12oz sized and it fills me up pretty much. What if i told you, that you can also energized yourself with only 2oz instead. sounds abit dubious ? read on..

This new brand called Take5 caught my eye and it was in packaged in this little tiny 2oz bottle, at first I thought it was for some eye wash or something when I was shopping in the mall. Not sure if you have seen it but this is the picture of that cute little tiny bottle that they sell in store. I got a couple of em to try as it said Brain power and the other Immunity.

I didn’t only tried it on myself but got my buddy Jason to tried it as well, He had a sleepless night before and he had to drive about 400km back to Malaysia, so I offered him this to see if it works

So you wanna know how it fared for him? He told me that it did helped him on the drive back, but he said it didn’t lasted 5 hours, a couple maybe but not 5hours. He did felt alert and more awake. I am thinking maybe he needs a 20oz instead of a 2oz

I did put it to the ultimate test,*kids don’t try this at home*  I only went to bed at 4am this morning and went woke up for my regular long runs for the weekend, this time I made it even harder , I went for a long trail run, just pushing the limits of products, That’s me running like a mad man in the trails.

I drank the Mixed berries for Brain power as I need that most, and without carbs or any food I went out. I honestly have to tell you that the taste puts me off, maybe I am used to the sweetness of Redbull, but hey NO SUGAR! the rest is history.. It did boosted my energy and I was running up and down without any heart palpitation or increased heart rate.

Pros

Feel Energized, Alert as it said It will do. I can’t do a week long test as I didn’t had many on hand since I already gave Jason my stock., convenient to bring around or even sneak in a bottle or two before a meeting

Cons

price abit on the high side for obvious reason cause of the quality ingredients, Pretty hard to open the outer plastic seal, taste wise.. you will get use to it on the second bottle

So I would recommend you to try this drink out to boost your daily needs of energy. Its just like buying Premium fuel for our body. If you have doubts please consult your doctor before taking it.
