Your decision will help me decide if I were to run the TNF50k next week. Please help me make a decision and I know you guys will do so. What would you do if you were in my position? Would you continue training / running whilst having injury?
If you didn’t know what happened, about 4 weeks ago I sprained my foot while training for this event, the injury still has not subsided but the pain is gone. I would still feel the sensation when I wake up in the morning.
Your votes is much appreciated
I ran and ran and ran every day, and I acquired this sense of determination, this sense of spirit that I would never, never give up, no matter what else happened. – Wilma Rudolph
Since its a Mid Week, let me help you get through the week with this Contest Give away I hope this post you looking forward to the weekend.
I sure am not much of a soccer fan, tried the game but just cant get my self to love it, I tried playing for the school team but never worked out, I can’t grasp the idea of having 11 people chase over one ball, not that I don’t totally understand the scheming of things here, like the tactics of diving, punching, tackling
Yes I know you guys would say I am a square not knowing who the Red Devils or The Canon team (Arsenal if you were wondering).
One guy that put an impression on me on the game of soccer was Eric Cantona for his famous Kung Fu kick that could put Bruce Lee to shame,
totally not forgetting about the playmaker, Zidane that guy is coolness off the charts cause of his head butt in the Worldcup or wait one of his games?
speaking of playmaker, Andrés Iniesta from FC Barcelona was made into a puppet master by Nike, do check out this cool video by Nike of him as the puppet master.
I was totally blown away by it.
Iniesta told Nike: “I’ve always liked playing in the middle, that’s where the play begins, both going forward and on defence. As the years go on, you always try to improve all aspects of your game.”
Nike asked Iniesta if he had any advice for budding football stars: “As a midfielder, the only bit of advice I can give is that you try to learn something new in each training session. Try to read the game before your opponent because your positioning before you receive the ball is very important. But above all, you have to be confident in your abilities.”
To celebrate the launch of the new CTR360 Maestri III boot, Nike has created a new film featuring the world’s leading playmaker Andrés Iniesta, starring as a puppet master on the pitch. The FC Barcelona midfielder expertly pulls the strings dominating the midfield and dictating the pace of the game as a tiny figure on a miniature football pitch theatre set.
