Isaac Loo is currently working towards the goal of competing in all six marathon majors by 2016. An avid runner, he shares his love and passion for the sport on his blog and other social media platform such as Twitter and Instagram. He has graced the pages of Men’s Health Singapore and been heard over the airwaves giving pre-race advise to runners. His blogging stint earned him a sponsorship with World of Sports under Japanese sporting brand, Mizuno and Swiss Compressport for compression wear, he is currently one of the Marathon Ambassadors for underprivileged children and also a speaker at SportsMatters Asia Conference. One of his goals is to motivate and encourage as many people as possible to run a Marathon at least once in their lifetime.
Isaac is passionate about endurance racing, triathlon, running and anything that pushes him to the limit. He loves being called a geek because he is always wanting to procure the latest technology in hand but is wishfully wishing for his money printing machine to be invented. He is also known to be a Coach, and a Motivator. He have worked with most of the major sports brand such as Mizuno,Salomon, New Balance, Puma, Nike, RoadID, Timberland, Polar, Columbia and many more
As he loves communicating with people and robots alike, Isaac holds a Communications degree from Queensland University, majoring in PR and have worked over 10 years in the line of “Human Connectivity” Jobs such as Barista, Personal Trainer, Front line customer service, Business Relations and presently in the Communications and Corporate Affairs department.
Having done Ironmans, Marathons and Adventure racing being the craziest which he raced in the jungle of Thailand, swimming across River Kwai, rappelling off a 70 storey in the middle of KL and a Fear Factor Contestant, He still thinks life will throw a curve ball at you from every angle unimaginable, that will not complicate but serves as a challenge to us, you just never know what to expect. So what do we do? We embrace life and learn from it.

Interesting how the drive to achieve, accomplish, and well, just do whatever you WANT to do transcends age, isn’t it? Though I’m probably twice your age, here I am, doing the same crazy $hit as you….swim, bike, run. We’ll both get there…I’m sure you’ll be showered before I cross the line, but, hey! We’re doing it “our way”!
(BTW, thanks for your kind comments on my blog…)

You are the inspiration for all of us out there, being twice the age and being able to do all this is what I think of as RESPECTABLE.
Your recent post of you hitting the pool makes me reminisce the time when I got bought a road bike after many years.
Thanks for your comment and look forward to reading many more inspirational stories.
