The 12 Day of Fitness

Wow, am glad Huff Post decided to do an article on fitness and a good one I might add, give yourself a confidence boost and do the 12 days of Fitness Challenge, This chart originally appeared in Tribesports

We’ve found the ultimate holiday season workout, and we’re kind of obsessed.

Presenting, the 12 Days Of Fitness:

As you can see, it’s an accumulating circuit. Start on day one with a one-minute plank, and add on a new exercise each day until you finish on day 12 by performing all 12 moves. You’ll recognize a number of the movements from the 7-Minute Workout. Since everyone’s pressed for time this season, what could be more efficient than a high intensity circuit like this?

Print it our, save it on your phone.. heck just open it on our desktop, ipad or laptop and do those workouts.

So… who’s in?

    • I would suggest that you do all at one go.. with 30 secs rest in between.. that would really be a good challenge.. 🙂 how do you feel ? but those exercise are just to wake up your muscles.
